Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. In the walk in cooler; meatballs (49F - Cold Holding); steak (48F - Cold Holding); teriyaki chicken (50F - Cold Holding); turkey (49F - Cold Holding); ham (48F - Cold Holding); tuna (51F - Cold Holding); cheese (48/49F - Cold Holding); rotisserie chicken (49F - Cold Holding) all items either prepared 4 hours or more prior or stored in the cooler overnight. Per employee truck deliver around noon had door open frequently, over 4 hours since delivery. Ambient air of walk in cooler did not drop below 45F during inspection.

At time of inspection one food handler training certification available expired all others no longer employed.
Water with a temperature of least 85 degrees Fahrenheit not provided/shut off at employee handwash sink. Hand wash sink at front service counter has the hot water turned off waiting for repair.
