Also observe in the walk in cooler the following out of temperature: cooked steak (45F - Cold Holding); cooked chicken (45F - Cold Holding); salami (44F - Cold Holding), cooked meatballs (45F - Cold Holding) date marked 9-16. As per employee food stored since yesterday evening. Stop sale was issued.

Observed Mall bathrooms closed for remodeling, a mall employee stated that the remodeling may take about 2 months to be completed. Employee's are currently using a temporary bathroom Trailer parked right outside the food court. During the inspection observed temporary bathrooms with only cold running water available.
Employee beverage container on a food preparation table or over/next to clean equipment/utensils. Observed en employee's water bottle stored on the pre table in front of the walk in freezer.
Opened employee beverage container in a cold holding unit with food to be served to customers. Observed a cup of Ice drink stored in the walk in cooler, not separated from food serve to the public.
