No dishwashing facilities of any kind provided. This location is attached to a Sunoco station. The Sunoco station is having work done on an exterior wall that is permitted through Collier County. The work required removal of the three-compartment sink temporarily and it is scheduled to be put back tomorrow. Staff is washing dishes in the one compartment prep sink. Operator states they are then rinsing in the same sink and sanitizing with properly tested sanitizer solution in a bustub.
