In the front sandwich make line, observed cooked beef (47F - Cold Holding); cooked chicken (48F - Cold Holding); sliced turkey (49F - Cold Holding); sliced ham (48F - Cold Holding); provolone cheese (48F - Cold Holding). Operator stated foods had been moved from walk in cooler to sandwich make line less than one hour and that the heat from the toaster could cause the foods to rise in temperature. Operator moved all foods to walk in cooler.
