As per the person in charge those items were placed there approximately two hours ago. She pulled in the cooler and food started to cool down.
No chemical test kit provided when using sanitizer at three-compartment sink/warewashing machine or wiping cloths.

As per the manager he put the cheese there approximately one hour ago. The manager took the cheese on top of the cut off line and put the cheese in the walk-in cooler to cool it down.
