Floor, wall and/or ceiling soiled/has accumulation of debris. Floor under front counter equipment/reach in coolers have black build up. Ceiling vent in beginning of hallway have build up of dust.

Food service manager not certified within 30 days of employment. Manager stated he has his test scheduled for 15th of March.

Employee touched face with bare hands, then put on gloves to take bread out of oven, but did not wash hands before putting gloves on, inspector spoke with employee, employee changed gloves and washed hands
