Carbon dioxide/helium tanks not adequately secured. Observed carbon dioxide tanks not secured next to ice machine. Operator secured tanks.
Food stored on floor. Observed soda box stored on floor near soda station in back area and case of tomatoes stored on floor inside walk in cooler. Operator picked up products.
