Condensation or other drainage not disposed of according to law. Condensation actively dripping in walk in cooler. Pan underneath to catch water, however, inspector observed water drip outside pan area and observed splashing from water dripping in pan. Inspector did not observe any condensation dripping on food. Manager moved all food away from any area that would be exposed to dripping condensation. Manger stated parts have been ordered.
