Spoke with manager on phone, she states that employees were hired in January.
No proof provided that food employees are informed of their responsibility to report to the person in charge information about their health and activities related to foodborne illnesses. Employee health certificates on door are from employees that no longer work at this location. Employee health certificate on duty has no certificate for employee health, started in January.
