Required employee training provided by a third-party employee training program and operator unable to provide original certificate for employees trained. Employee training records not adequately maintained. PIC was able to produce proof of training by calling store manager and receiving copies. No copies of training were being maintained prior to inspection. Discussed with PIC the requirements to maintain certificates and the ability to provide them upon request by the division.
