Advised Manager to reheat to 165F within 2 hours and stir foods when not n use at intervals to promoate even heating throughout product.
Toxic substance/chemical improperly stored. Observed sanitizer spray bottle stored on counter on top of and touching single service to go bags and over condiment packets. Employee removed to another location.
