To order approved program food safety material, call DBPR contracted provider: Florida Restaurant and Lodging Association (SafeStaff) 866-372-7233. OM Patel hired 2 days ago not having state approved training or signed food employee reporting agreement. Send a soft copay to manager and he printed it out and went oven with employee. And completed it during inspection
