Quaternary ammonium sanitizer not at proper minimum strength for manual warewashing. Do not use equipment/utensils not properly sanitized. Triple Sink (Quaternary 0ppm), operator remade compartment and tested at 150PPM. Sanitizer is not mixing with water properly, product is sitting on top of water, but can be mixed in manually. I advised operator to contact sink equipment company to repair sanitize dispenser system.
