Observed Sliced tomatoes at 2.5 hours (63F - Cold Holding); Shredded lettuce at 2.5 hours (64F - Cold Holding). Operator stated one half of reach in cooler unit at front counter is not working. Operator placed items in walk-in cooler to reduce temperature. Operator placed fresh items in functioning side of unit. Temperatures were less than or equal to 41F.
