Employee touched soiled apron/clothes and then engaged in food preparation, handled clean equipment or utensils, or touched unwrapped single-service items without washing hands. Employee touched pants and personal phone, put on gloves, then removed bread from rack and began preparing food. Inspector had employee stop, wash hands, and put on new gloves before continuing to prepare food.
