Time/temperature control for safety food thawed in an improper manner. Observed frozen broccoli cheddar soup thawing inside standing water. Manager opened the cold running water immediately.

Single-service articles stored next to handwash/food preparation sink exposed to splash. Observed to go food container stored next to the hand sink at the front,hand sink doesn't have splash guard. Person in charge moved the container immediately.
