Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. In reach-in cooler for 3 hours: sliced tomatoes 46f, shredded lettuce 48f, sliced turkey 44f. Upon observations, sides of cooler slots were in cold-holding temperatures, but bottom area under item pans were maintaining an ambient temperature of roughly 46-48f.
Cove molding at floor/wall juncture broken/missing. Cove molding in disrepair by 3 compartment sink and computer desk.
Floor soiled/has accumulation of debris. Accumulation of debris under computer desk next to prep table in back of kitchen.
