Cutting board has cut marks and is no longer cleanable. Cutting boards on make line have grooves/cut marks that are no longer smooth and easily cleanable.

Employee keys, other personal items and employee beverage stored on rack beside employee entrance door stored over open case of chips. Employee moved all to proper storage.
