Meatballs at top of pan over fill line at 112F. Meatballs in bottom of pan at 147F. Operator states they stir meatballs every 20 minutes and stirred meatballs to distribute heat.
Handwash sink used for purposes other than handwashing. Sanitizer bucket stored in handwash sink. Operator removed.
