Warewashing sanitizing solution exceeding the maximum concentration allowed. Quaternary solution in 3 compartment sink 500 ppm. Manager corrected solution to 200 ppm.
Equipment and utensils not rinsed between washing and sanitizing. No rinse set up in 3 compartment sink, only wash and sanitizer is set up.
Floor tiles missing and/or in disrepair in ware washing area, mop sink area and prep kitchen.
No handwashing sign provided at a hand sink used by food employees at front counter near meat slicer.
Water leaking from pipe and/or faucet/handle. Pipe leaking under 3 compartment sink. Manager stated plumber has been working on pipe.
