Manager or person in charge lacking proof of food manager certification: Breana Davis has been the General Manager for at least one year and has not yet received her Certifed Food Manager.
Required employee training provided by a third-party employee training program and operator unable to provide original certificate for employees trained: Establishment uses Hospitality Resources for its employee training provider. However, the majority of the certificates are black f white paper copies and not original card stock.
