During the inspection, I observed one employee food safety training certificate presented through National Restaurant Association Educational Foundation (NRAEF) ServSafe program, which the inspector could not verify that the training is approved by the state of Florida. No other employee training documentation was available for review to verify that training is being conducted. I spoke with the operator, Julian Poole, over the phone during the inspection, and he confirmed that he will send the necessary training documentation via email.
