Handwash sink not accessible for employee use at all times. Observed 2 hand washing sinks in back of kitchen obstructed with the following: 1 sink with step stool and broom and the other sink with trays in sink. Operator removed all items from both sinks during inspection.
No paper towels or mechanical hand drying device provided at handwash sink. Observed no paper towels at hand washing sink in back of kitchen.
Accumulation of black/green mold-like substance in the interior of the ice machine/bin. Observed debris build up in ice machine in back of kitchen.
