Employee failed to wash hands before putting on gloves to initiate a task working with food. Employee returned from outside put on gloves to prepare order without washing hands. Explained and he washed hands.
Employee used the bathroom and then engaged in food preparation, handled clean equipment or utensils, or touched unwrapped single-service items without washing hands upon returning to employee area. Employee returned from restroom then started handling sliced ham pan without washing hands. When asked he said he washed hands in bathroom. Explained he have to wash hand at this hand sink as well before starting to work. He washed hands.
Pesticide-emitting strip present in food prep area. Over garlic Aioli. Explained and employee removed the strips.
