Sandwich toppings cooler: sliced tomatoes (44-45F - Cold Holding) Observed overstocked above fill line on pan. Per operator, not prepared or portioned today. Per operator, out of temperature for approximately 15 minutes. Operator cut portion in half and moved to another cooler.
