Operator exited kitchen, handled main door that is also handled by another establishment then entered kitchen and began handling clean pans and bags with soup; no hand wash. Operator washed hands.
Food stored under dripping water line. Pans of food in stainless steel double door reach in cooler stored under leaking water line. Observed lids of pans having water stored on them and water actively dripping from vent area in cooler. Advised operator to store food in a way to prevent possible contamination.
