Observed shredded cheese (53F - Cold Holding); chicken teriyaki (52F - Cold Holding); chicken strips (58F - Cold Holding); roast beef (48F - Cold Holding); chicken salad (50F - Cold Holding); sliced pepper jack (47F - Cold Holding) inside reach in cooler at front counter next to steam table. As per operator for less than 4 hrs. Operator added ice for rapid cooling.
