Observed in the walk in cooler: Beef (48F - Cold Holding); Turkey (48F - Cold Holding); Chicken (48F - Cold Holding) Could not identify when they went out of temperature. Operator called a repairman to take a look at the cooler.
Employee washed hands in a sink other than an approved handwash sink. Observed an employee wash their hands in the triple sink. Had employee rewash their hands in the hand wash sink.
