Observed employee sweeping the floor in the dining room. Returned to front counter and put on gloves and started engaged in food preparation with out washing hands. Employee washed hands.
Handwash sink used for purposes other than handwashing. Observed drain plug for three compartment sink stored in hand washing sink in rear kitchen. Employee removed.
No paper towels or mechanical hand drying device provided at handwash sink. Front counter dispenser jammed. Employee fixes
