Silverware/utensils stored upright with the food-contact surface up. Observed spoon face up stored on shelf over there compartment sink. Operator put spoon face down.
Time/temperature control for safety food thawed in an improper manner. Observed package of soup thawing at room temperature inside three compartment sink. Operator removed it and placed it inside walk in cooler.
