No proof of required state approved employee training provided for employee hired more than 60 days ago. To order approved program food safety material, call DBPR contracted provider: Florida Restaurant and Lodging Association (SafeStaff) 866-372-7233. One food handling employee present and actively working with food with no proof of food handling training employed since July.
Bowl or other container with no handle used to dispense food. In bulk sugar container, single service plastic cup used as a scoop. Operator removed the plastic cups.
Employee personal items stored in or above a food preparation area, food, clean equipment and utensils, or single-service items. Employees bag stored on metal shelf over single service sandwich wrapping paper. Operator relocated the employee bag.

Nonfood-contact surface soiled with grease, food debris, dirt, slime or dust. Lobby area soda dispenser has mold like substance build up on the underside behind the nozzles. Two door reach in cooler on the front cook line has mold like substance on the door gasket.

Employee personal food not properly identified and segregated from food to be served to the public. In the walk in freezer employee personal turkey stored over food to be served to customers.

Old food stuck to clean dishware/utensils. On the shelf over the three compartment sink, clean container with old food on the side of the container. Container relocated to the side of the three compartment sink.
Water leaking from pipe and/or faucet/handle. Mop sink faucet leaking when turned off. Operator has placed a maintenance call.
