Employee touched soiled surface and then engaged in food preparation, handled clean equipment or utensils, or touched unwrapped single-service items without washing hands. Male employee rang up customer and touched money and computer then continued to put on gloves picked up deli paper to make sandwich then continuing to portion chicken without washing hands. Inspector spoke with employee, hands were washed.
Toxic substance/chemical improperly stored. Bottle of glade air freshener on top of microwave. Manager threw in trash.
Food-contact surface soiled with food debris, mold-like substance or slime. Build up of syrup on fountain nozzles in dining room and near drive thru window. Black substance on white plate on ice chute in dining room.
Carbon dioxide/helium tanks not adequately secured. Large tank next to mop sink in kitchen area, tank is not bolted to ground or chained.
Equipment in poor repair. Fountain machine in dining room leaking water onto counter. Towel positioned under machine to collect water.
Inadequate hand-washing sign provided at a hand sink used by food employees. Sign at sink near front line says "hand sink" with no directives to wash hands. Manger added sign stating employees must wash hands.
