Food-contact surface soiled with food debris, mold-like substance or slime. Inside of nozzles on lobby soda fountain and strawberry guava have build up of debris. Ice chute on lobby soda dispenser has black mold-like substance.

Employee tested sanitizer bucket at front counter with chlorine test strips. Establishment utilizes quaternary ammonium sanitizer. Discussed testing procedures with employee.
