Employee rubbed hands together for less than 10-15 seconds while washing hands. Employee washed hands between glove change but did not scrub longer than minimum amount of time only 7 seconds. Then turned faucet off before drying with bare hand. Corrected action and informed employee of proper handwashing technique.
