Unwashed fruits/vegetables stored with ready-to-eat food. In walk in cooler: 1. Case of unwashed cucumbers and cases of unwashed peppers on shelf over cases of pre washed shredded lettuce. 2. Bag of unwashed onions on shelf over bulk rolls of salami. Manager moved all unwashed produce to bottom shelf during this inspection.

At the front counter area, Meatballs 110-120F, per manager meatballs were reheated in microwave and placed 30 minutes ago in the steam table. Manager moved to microwave to reheated to 165F.
