ALSO, in flip top #1: pork 46, slice ham 54, hash 54F. Slice cheese was above the pans on a plate. This was placed in a chest freezer.
Time/temperature control for safety food re-served to customers. Observed: butter packs left on multiple tables frozen solid reuse by next guest. Inspector had staff remove from the table just seated and replace.
