Container of medicine improperly stored. Aloe Vera burn gel was stored on a shelf at the cook line. Operator moved to a location close to the line but away from food and food prep surfaces.
Raw animal food stored over/not properly separated from ready-to-eat food. Raw shell eggs were stored directly above cooked wings in the walk-in cooler. Operator moved eggs to proper storage hierarchy.
Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Pans of sliced tomatoes were in an ice bath less than two hours. Ice was not high enough to keep full pans cold. Operator had employee add i e and water to properly submerge the pan.
No handwashing sign provided at a hand sink used by food employees at the outside bar.
No suitable facilities provided to store employee clothing and other possessions. Personal items were stored under a table with food and food packaging. Discussed alternatives and placement of a designated area.
