Observed the dishwasher machine in the kitchen at 0.00 chlorine Pom's. After priming it a few times it is now at 50 chlorine poms.
Employee handled soiled equipment or utensils and then engaged in food preparation, handled clean equipment or utensils, or touched unwrapped single-service items without washing hands. Observed the dishwasher touch dirty dishes then touched clean dishes without washing his hands.
