Dishmachine chlorine sanitizer not at proper minimum strength. Discontinue use of dishmachine for sanitizing and set up manual sanitization until dishmachine is repaired and sanitizing properly. Tested at 0 ppm. Operator connected new sanitizer to machine at time of inspection and primed machine, tested at 100ppm.
Raw animal food stored over/not properly separated from ready-to-eat food. Raw bacon stored over lettuce in walk-in cooler.
