Commercially processed reduced oxygen packaged fish bearing a label indicating that it is to remain frozen until time of use no longer frozen and not removed from reduced oxygen package. Observed commercially packaged frozen fish on counter and in reach in cooler starting thawing. Explained proper thawing procedure for fish to Operator. Operator removed all fish from packaging. Provided Operator with DBPR memo regarding Thawing Vacuum Packed Fish via email.
