Bag containing raw chicken stored in pan in-contact with bag containing raw shrimp and on shelf above raw beef. Manager moved the raw chicken away from shrimp and beef during this inspection.

Manager stated the cabbage has been held at room temperature for one hour. Manager added cut cabbage to their Time As A Public Health Control documentation during this inspection and added proper time marks. 2. In pan inside reach-in cooler at cookline: noodles (49F - Cold Holding). Manager stated the noodles were left on the counter during the lunch rush, then placed back into the cooler approximately 30 minutes prior. Inspector had manager move the noodles to a cooler to rapidly cool to 41F.
