Dishmachine chlorine sanitizer not at proper minimum strength. Discontinue use of dishmachine for sanitizing and set up manual sanitization until dishmachine is repaired and sanitizing properly. Dish washer machine in kitchen not properly sanitized test it 0ppm retested and prime it multiple times with cooked still reading 0ppm. Establishment has to take all dirty dishes to main kitchen to wash rinse and sanitize because snack bar doesn't have a 3 compartment sink.
Vacuum breaker missing at hose bibb or on fitting/splitter added to hose bibb. Hose Bibb connected to water heater under the dish washer machine has a red hose connected with out a vacuum breaker
