The following menu items were observed to be missing the disclosure 05, 08, 21, P9. Under cooked rolls 06, 12, 14,15,18,22, 28, 29. Under deep fried 08. Under sashimi Fish roe, smoked salmon. Also, blackboard special missing disclosure.
No written procedures available for use of time as a public health control to hold time/temperature control for safety food. Establishment holds sushi rice, krab, tobiko on time, person in charge unable to provide time paper work. Inspector provided.
