Intermediate/31A-11-4/Corrected On-Site
No dishwashing facilities of any kind provided. When I came in to the inspection the three bay sink was removed (it is three pieces that link together in a larger sink). Owner put it back together. And it now works. He was currently using Dunkin' Donuts three bay sink for washing and sanitizing of dishes. This sink must remain put together until a plan for file is submitted with a three bay sink installed.

This record follows the licence, not the owner. Restaurants change hands and the licence history normally does not, so an older entry may describe people who no longer run the place. Every inspection above links to the state's own report. Something wrong? Tell us.
