Observed establishment license for 37 seats antd observed at time of inspection premises features a total capacity of 83 patron seats, divided as follows: 50 seats in the main indoor dining area, 5 indoor bar seats, and 28 seats located in outdoor patio area.
Observed: Floor and wall junctures not coved in food preparation/storage/warewashing areas or bathroom. Observed a gap on the floor at the walk in cooler entrance.
