Food-contact surfaces soiled with: The fan in the refrigerator across from the fryers had a mold-like substance. The fan in the reach-in freezer on the left side of the kitchen had a mold-like substance. The fan in the walk-in cooler had dust on it. The can opener had food debris on it. The operator cleaned all areas.
No chemical test kit provided when using sanitizer at three-compartment sink/warewashing machine or wiping cloths. No chlorine test strips.
Required employee training expired for some employees. To order approved program food safety material, call DBPR contracted provider: Florida Restaurant and Lodging Association (SafeStaff) 866-372-7233. Two expired: Vanessa H. (expired 5/23/2025) and Mari H. (expired 5/24/2025).
Toxic substance/chemical present on the premises that is not required for the operation of the establishment. One bottle on the prep table by the wash area had no label. The operator labeled the bottle as "degreaser."

Clean bowls and plates were not stored inverted or in a protected manner. They were located on the left side of the kitchen. The operator corrected this by inverting the bowls and plates.

Equipment and utensils were not properly air-dried, resulting in wet nesting. Several cups in the server area were observed with wet nesting. The operator separated the cups to allow them to air-dry.
