Employee failed to wash hands before putting on gloves to initiate a task working with food. Cook Dustin touched raw burger patties changed gloves no hand wash. Started preparing food again. Educated employee. Employee washed hands. Had an extensive conversation with owner.
Stored food not covered. Meatloaf from pull out drawer under cook line from 3-5 not covered. Cook put wrap.

Cook cracked raw shelled egg did not wash hands changed gloves and touched ready to eat spinach from reach in cooler. Manager asked employee to wash hands. Cook washed hands and went back preparing food.
