Raw animal food stored over/not properly separated from ready-to-eat food. Upon inspection observed raw eggs over hush puppy mix and salad dressings. Upright cooler right of cook line chicken above shrimp.
Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Upright cooler back of kitchen- seafood salad 44f. Operator confirmed food item pulled out and placed back in cooler under 4 hours.
