Self-service toppings bar has sneeze guards installed over the top of products, angled downward. Bottom of sneeze guard is approximately 16 inches from containers of food products. Observed some customers at toppings bar completely under the installed sneeze guards.
Handwash sink not accessible for employee use at all times. Hand wash sink by door to hallway is blocked by a chair, cart, miscellaneous personal items and a blender in a box sitting on the left side of the sink. Employee removed all items.
