Food/ice received from unapproved source/no invoice provided to verify source. See Stop Sale. Observed 5 cakes- 2 pineapple upside down cupcakes and 3 individual small squares of marshmallow cakes. Operator purchasing said cupcakes/ cakes from a private source. Observed operator voluntarily throwing away said cakes. And Educated operator on what you can and can not do per the state of florida.
Food offered in a way that misleads/misinforms the consumer. Advertises that the cupcakes are fresh homemade, giving the impression that the establishment makes them on site, when they are getting them from a secondary private source.
